Delivery
Orders for Facemasks are carriage free.
Orders for cushions over £50.00 are carriage free.
For any orders below £ 50.00 (excluding facemasks) a charge of £ 6.95 will be payable.
We currently only dispatch to the UK.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel islands will incur an additional carriage charge of £10.00.
Returns
If you change your mind:
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, simply return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days of purchase and, as long as the goods are in perfect condition we will refund you the value of the goods.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Penelope Jane will not be responsible for any delivery charges by your chosen carrier.
